Dale
Tincher is CEO of
Consultwebs.com, a
Raleigh, North Carolina Web design and consulting company. Dale is a
prominent North Carolina Web design and
promotion
specialist, endorsed
Web consultant, trainer,
writer,
photographer
and speaker.
Dale is a business administration graduate (B.S.) of West Virginia
State University. He served as a 1st Lieutenant in the United States Army
with tours that included Vietnam.
Dale has more than twenty-five years of computer systems experience, including
employment by two Fortune 500 computer companies.
Dale has assisted more than 200 North Carolina and U.S. law firms and
numerous businesses in various aspects of technology planning and
implementation.
Dale is the project consultant for the North Carolina Bar
Association's endorsement of Consultwebs.com, Inc., as the only Web consulting firm endorsed by the North
Carolina Bar Association's Technology Assistance Program (TAP.)
The program was designed to offer NCBA members quality legal
technology consulting at members-only rates. The consultants
participating in the TAP program were reviewed and selected by the
North Carolina Bar Association Technology Advisory Committee. Other
legal activities include membership in the Law Practice Management and
the Administrative Law & Regulatory Practice sections of the
American Bar Association. Dale
was an accredited LawCommerce
T3 (Top Tier) Consultant. LawCommerce
technologists are chosen from legal consultants having a positive
history of service within the legal profession, high-quality client
references and approval by the LawCommerce selection committee.
Dale's published
articles include local and national legal periodicals. His speaking/training
engagements include teaching more than 1,000 CLE students in the past
year for The North Carolina Bar Association, its sections and other
U.S. legal associations. He was a featured speaker on Internet
topics for the 1997, 1998 and 1999 North Carolina Academy of Trial
Lawyers Annual Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Convention. Dale also
addressed the Association of Legal Administrators, the North Carolina
Association of Black Lawyer's, The North Carolina Bar Association
General Practice Section, several local law school classes, the North
Carolina Association of Community Colleges, the Mecklenburg County Bar
Association, North Carolina Association of Rehabilitation Facilities,
the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers. He has co-presented
with national organizations.
Dale
was engaged to join the faculty of the annual American
Bar Association, ABA Tech Show, Chicago, Illinois, March 30th
through April 1st, 2000 as a panelist on three Internet panels,
discussing Web
design and functionality. Additionally, he served on three
panels during for the American Bar Association, LegalTech
Atlanta, November 30th - December 1, 2000 show. Training courses included a two-day FrontPage Web design class for the
New Mexico National
Guard. Dale participated as a
member of the faculty for the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers'
"Time and Technology" session February 23, 2001.
Dale's presentation (3:15 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.) was, "Using
the Internet to Market your Firm." Dale was a Special
Guest Speaker for the NCBWWA's
65th Annual Convention May 20 - 23, 2001. Dale continues to
teach numerous NCBA CLE
courses and was engaged for two speaking engagements at the
North Carolina Bar Association's 2001 Annual Meeting June 21-24, 2001
at the Grove Park Inn, Asheville, NC. He was also a guest speaker for
the State Bar of Georgia's June 13-17th annual
meeting at the Kiawah Island Resort, Kiawah Island, SC. Other
seminars included an American Lawyer Media Event panel presentation at
LegalTech
New Orleans, December 6, 2001 and an Intranet and Extranet seminar
sponsored by LegalTech New
York February 5, 2002.
Dale participated in three Internet, Intranet and Extranet panel

Los Angeles May 9-10, 2002 and presented an Internet development
