Professor in the Paralegal program at Minnesota State University-Moorhead, and
is involved in the North Dakota State Bar Association as a member of the
Information & Services Committee.
Chapman is the author of articles on immigration law, has
taught as a faculty member at Continuing Legal Education seminars for lawyers as
well as paralegals, and has appeared as a guest on radio in the United States
and Canada to discuss U.S. immigration law.
